Nose and tail kicks combined with the boards light weight make this free ride trick board the ultimate thrasher. Manuals, shuv-its, g-turns, and other tech tricks are all effortless. Pedestrian slalom? No Problem. The shorter wheelbase makes this board quick and agile for slashing your way through the busy streets. The drop thru design provides a lower center of gravity for more stability, easier pushing, and easier sliding. The concave keeps you locked in during big stand up slides. The board features aluminum drop thru mounting plates. The plates distribute your weight evenly throughout the truck for a more responsive ride. The rubber "padding" on the deck side of the plate serves as a shock absorber for the road vibrations. The Moray is drilled to fit old school bolt patterns.

I have several longboards (Loaded, Landyachtz, Rayne etc) and skateboards (Cliche, Zero etc), maple, bamboo, and some with fibreglass.

I weigh 80kgs/180pounds.

it's a quality product (Moray longboard) and I especially appreciate the quality of fibreglass, the sandpaper on the deck (seems coarser than Loaded sanded decks) and the rubber and metal rim around the drop out section - to which you attach the trucks. Loaded should learn from BC Longboards !!

however, it's a tad disingenuous for BC Longboards to say "flex - one fits all"

people obviously have different weight....kids, teenagers and adults.......

So be warned....if you are an adult, this deck equates to probably the flex 3 on the Loaded scale - for 80-170+lbs and maybe to the Flex 2 - but is definitely not as stiff as Flex 1 (up to 270 lbs).

I have the Vanguard (I think flex 2) and Dervish (flex 1) loaded decks. This Moray deck is far flexier by comparison.

FYI , the Loaded Flex scale is as follows:

Flex 1: Up to 270 lbs
Flex 2: 130-210+ lbs
Flex 3: 80-170+ lbs
