I purchased two mats - one to hit off of and the second to stand on. I figured that I could make the mats last twice as long by switching the mats out every now and again. Within two weeks of purchasing the mats - and striking around 500 balls - I noticed what looked like ripples in the turf on one of the mats (I had only struck balls off of one mat at the time). Upon further investigation I determined the turf was separating from the rubber base. I immediately contacted Birdieball via email and they quickly responded requesting a photograph. I sent a couple of photographs as they requested and haven't heard a word from Birdieball since despite multiple emails.

It has been about 6 weeks since my last email and Birdieball has chosen to simply ignore my emails. I switched to the second mat hoping for better results but it too is separating from the rubber base. I suppose I could attempt to glue it back in place myself but was hoping that Birdieball would stand behind their product.
