Easy & Fantastic. The kids love this wagon, and we get tons of compliments and inquiries about it. Assembly was fast & simple, my only problem putting it together was it says to put the long screw threw the caboose connector & I couldn't get it to line up, but I'd quarentee it wont fall out anyways - it's very secure! We've pulled it all over, and it moves smoothly. It's a little tricky to get down curbs alone, so use a ramp or driveway to cross the road. The kids love riding all together. Only the front seat has underseat storage though, but each has a cup holder. I would definetly recommend getting this. It does take up alot of space to transport - need a van or pickup.
